Orders are inspected and packed before hand-off to the courier. Once the courier picks up your parcel, delivery timelines follow the courier's service standards for your area. Exact delivery windows are shown or estimated at checkout — we do not promise timelines we cannot control.
Tracking
When your parcel is dispatched, tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout.
Delays
Weather, holidays and courier backlogs can affect delivery. If your order seems delayed, contact us with your order number and we will follow it up with the courier.
